Application Information

You must be a Washington State resident, or plan to reside in Washington State.

The online application is for first time applicants to the ETV Program and Passport to College Promise Scholarship Program.
- The ETV priority application cycle is January 1st to April 30th each year. Applications received after April 30th will be awarded on a funds-available basis.
- You must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on or shortly after January 1 of each year. To complete the FAFSA go to: https://studentaid.gov/h/apply-for-aid/fafsa
- You must be enrolled in an accredited college, university, vocational or technical college
Application Instructions
The application contains six parts and may take 5-10 minutes to complete. Completion
of this application does not guarantee you are eligible to receive ETV funds. We
will review and confirm or deny your application within 10-14 business days.
- You must have a valid email address you use and check frequently.
- Complete each section until you receive confirmation the application has been submitted successfully.
